Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing NIHealth. We strive to get your order to you quickly, safely and with full transparency.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are prepared within 1‑3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Weekends and public holidays are not counted as processing days.
  • When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number.

If demand is unusually high, processing may take a day longer. We will keep you updated via email.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and are shown before you complete your purchase.
  • Estimated delivery windows are based on the carrier you select and your destination:
    • Continental United States – 3‑7 business days after the order has shipped.

These dates are estimates only. Carrier delays, extreme weather or other events beyond our control can affect arrival times.


3. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • International shipping is under review and may be added in the future.

4. Carriers

  • We partner with USPS, UPS and FedEx. The carrier assigned to your order depends on the shipping method you choose and the destination zip code.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the package is handed to the carrier.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s website.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Doublecheck that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and correct.
  • NIHealth is not liable for delays or loss caused by an inaccurate address.
  • If a package is returned to us because of an address issue, we will contact you to arrange a resend. Additional shipping fees may apply.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  1. First, contact the carrier using the tracking number provided.
  2. If the carrier cannot locate the package, reach out to NIHealth support.
  3. We will investigate and, when appropriate, issue a replacement or refund.

8. Damaged Packages

  • Inspect the parcel upon receipt.
  • If any item arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery at support@nihealth.com.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund promptly.
