Return Eligibility
• Products may be returned within 45 days of the order date
• Unopened products are eligible for a full refund
• Opened products may be returned but are subject to a 25 percent restocking fee to ensure product integrity and safety for all customers
• All returns must include proof of purchase
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once returned products are received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Where You Purchased Matters
If you purchased NiHealth through one of our authorized healthcare or retail partners, any return or refund must be initiated directly with that seller. NiHealth can only process returns for orders placed through NiHealth.com.
Non-Refundable Items
• Any product returned more than 45 days after purchase
• Items not returned in original packaging
• Products damaged due to improper use or storage
• Shipping costs on original orders are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can correct the issue promptly.
