Our founder, Dr. Billy Rutter, has spent decades in practice in Columbus, Ohio. He’s seen two very different paths as people age. Some thrive — sustained energy, independence, and minimal prescriptions — thanks to strong habits, good genetics, and steady use of supportive nutrition. Others struggle — weighed down by multiple chronic conditions, long lists of medications, and years of overlooked diet, exercise, sleep, and stress.

Seeing this contrast firsthand, Dr. Rutter knew patients and physicians alike needed better tools. With additional training in nutrition, he developed NiHealth to bring together the best of medical science and natural wellness.
